The launch of Schramm Powered by Epiroc comes just six months after Epiroc acquired key Schramm assets, including AirDrill Hammers & Bits, and follows a series of strategic moves to facilitate their integration.
Brian Doffing, Global Vice President, OreBody Solutions, says, “Schramm Powered by Epiroc is a bold statement to emphasize that first, we believe in Schramm, and second, we see the strategic value of Reverse Circulation for mineral exploration. Schramm Powered by Epiroc is a reinvigoration of the company that improves stability, centralizes manufacturing, increases distribution, and reinforces aftermarket operations.

Continued support for rigs in the field is a top priority for Schramm Powered by Epiroc. Adrian Speer, Global Aftermarket Director, Schramm, highlights that aftermarket support is available to customers around the world. “We want our clients to know that we’re here to extend value to their operations, wherever they are located.”
Terry Browne, based in Perth, WA, has been appointed Integration Manager to oversee the transition. Says Mr. Browne, “We are diligently working to successfully integrate Schramm via effective cooperation among our different functions. This process is built upon the many strengths of Schramm and Airdrill, which are highly respected brands in the market. Through Epiroc’s well-established territory management, we are in a prime position.”
As part of the rebranding, Schramm Powered by Epiroc, will launch a global marketing campaign, joining other Epiroc associated brands for the 2024 tradeshows.
The Schramm Powered by Epiroc launch is a watershed moment for the surface drilling industry. It underscores the value of the Schramm brand, embraces its history, and demonstrates both companies’ commitment to providing the best reverse circulation products in the industry.
