Matilda Steen Named New GM

We are proud to welcome Matilda Steen as the new General Manager of Schramm Powered by Epiroc. In this key role, Matilda will oversee manufacturing operations and fortify Schramm’s position as industry leaders in reverse circulation drilling.

With 19 years of expertise in production flow management, production engineering, purchasing, and logistics, Matilda brings a wealth of experience to the position. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management from Linköping University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Economics from Örebro University.

Matilda began her career with the Epiroc Surface Division in 2006, and held numerous management positions including Supply Chain Manager, Flow Line Manager Main Assembly, and Flow Manager Preassembly. In 2023, Matilda relocated from Sweden to Perth, Australia, and began supporting production for the newly acquired Schramm. By September 2024, she stepped into the role of Acting General Manager, making an immediate impact by integrating operations and strengthening local production capabilities.
