Schramm is committed to improving safety, product longevity and professionalism in the workplace. We do this by providing comprehensive face-to-face drill rig training. Developed to provide education for every level of personnel.

Our courses

Programs can be rig model specific which will address specialized aspects of drill rig operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and any other requested topics.

(used in all applications of mineral exploration, oil and gas, water well, geothermal, construction and grade control)

Custom hands-on training

Schramm is pleased to offer customized on-site training programs to meet specific industry and operational needs. Current skill level and desired results of participants are taken into careful consideration when planning each course.

Schramm programs are co-developed to address the needs and time constraints of students and the sponsoring company. For maximum benefit, courses can be performed at your facility, on a drill site, at a Schramm facility or at a convenient off-site location.

This training will ensure your rigs are operating optimally with minimal downtime.

Upcoming training seminars

Schramm provides programs regularly out of West Chester, PA. Our training programs can be tailored to meet specific requirements. Courses qualify for Continuing Education Credits with most state licensing agencies throughout the USA. Some topics covered are:

How to prepare for rig delivery
Drilling productivity
Reducing maintenance costs
Minimizing rig downtime
Maintenance & troubleshooting of hydraulics, air compressors, mud systems and rig components
Third party drilling and safety related programs

Course Information

Our course instructors are highly trained and have over 100 years of combined drilling industry experience. Sessions are conducted from 8 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday.

As class sizes are limited, please return your registration form as soon as possible. Attendees are responsible for travel expenses, accommodations and meals. More information on corporate rates will be provided once your registration is confirmed.
