LoadSafe® is true to its name, providing hands free cycling of drillpipe, collars and casing for Schramm FURY130 drilling rigs. LoadSafe® eliminates the need for manual pipe handling and “crow’s nest” safety concerns found in traditional vertical pipe handling systems.
Fed from hydraulically operated horizontal piperacks, drill pipe or Range I casing is lifted from rack position into alignment with the tilting top head of the rig via hydraulic roughneck.
