All individuals with direct phone numbers have "voice mail". This provides a convenient way to leave non-emergency messages. Messages can be up to 2 minutes in length. Do not leave emergency parts orders or urgent service messages on the voice mail system as the individual may have been unexpectedly called out of the office and may not retrieve their messages until the next business day.

In the event of an emergency, during our normal business hours of 8:00 - 4:30 Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday, please call the Schramm main number, 610-696-2500. For after hour service issues, please refer to the cell phone numbers of the service department in the Parts/Service Contacts section.

Parts orders are best handled by faxing the order to Schramm. Faxes are distributed immediately after they are received. Faxed orders reduce the risk of order error and saves you the cost of a lengthy long distance phone call.
