Operating Standards

Schramm is in the process of applying for API/ISO certifications. The process has required Schramm to revisit all operating procedures and processes, document new policies and significantly increase the level of employee training in areas such as problem solving, material traceability and design standards.

Gage calibration is an important part of controlling to improved quality standards. This is accomplished by utilizing certified suppliers. Cross functional teams insure that the needs of the customer take precedence over the needs of any one operational department.
