| LoadSafe Pipe Handling System Introduced | |

We are now offering their exclusive LoadSafe trailer mounted automated pipe handling system as an option on the T130XD Rotadrill. The LoadSafe system is used in conjunction with a tilt-out top head to effortlessly and safely handle heavy drill pipes, drill collars and casing. Labor saving power breakout (Hydraulic Roughneck), retractable table and power holding slips maximize productivity on the job site while the telescopic mast minimizes transport length and set-up time. The T130XD is ideally suited for shallow gas, surface holes, CBM, directional, geothermal and large diameter well drilling applications using mud, air, and reverse circulation drilling techniques. |

Gregory Hillier Promoted to Product Manager Greg Hillier assumed the duties of Schramm Product Manager effective November 1, 2007. Greg brings a wealth of practical application knowledge to his new role of providing technical product support prior to, during, and after the sale. With his years of experience as a driller, service technician, international sales manager, domestic sales manager and recently as TXD project manager. Greg will interface with various Schramm departments and personnel, as well as our customers and distributors, and will report to the Vice President of Sales. John Little assumed the duties of Schramm Sales Manager effective
November 1, 2007. A long time employee, John will apply his
considerable experience in sales and sales management in his new role
as supervisor of the domestic and international salesman and will
report to the Vice President of Sales. John has done an outstanding
job as Used Rig Sales Manager and as Latin America and Western Canada
Regional Manager and will continue to make an important contribution
to the sales force in his new assignment. John can be contacted by

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Claudio
Soto to the position of International Sales Manager for Latin America,
starting November 1, 2007. Claudio is an experienced sales
professional and was most recently employed by a manufacturing company
that produces down the hole drilling tools, drill pipes and small
drilling rigs, with operations in both Latin America and North
America. He has a Civil Engineer degree and an MBA, speaks four
languages, and resides in Santiago, Chile. He will be working out of
the Schramm Factory for the foreseeable future and will report to John
